After Sales service and Spare Parts

Neotech Marken offers a one year warranty for all new machines but, of course, also offers the users an after sales service after the warranty period.

We keep stock of all major parts for all of our machines in order to ensure a long life maintenance support to all of ur equipment.

You can also benefir from our experience and expertise when looking for spare parts for machines of other brands, as  lot of our spares can be compatible with your existing machine or we can simply help to source the adequate orgiinal part.

Machine repairs in our workshop

For any maintenance or repair on your machines, Neotech Marken offer the below services after a physical inspection and diagnose of the machine :

• Repair of crimping heads : seals, mechanical parts
• Test of your existing crimping head on hydraulic test rig
• Calibration
• Electric or hydraulic repairs
• Mise en conformité électrique de vos anciennes machines

Do not hesitate to contact us to know more about our repair charges and conditions. We can very quickly, even with a picture give you an estimate costs for repairs'. We also offer loan machines during the repair time (see below rental)

Maintenance contract and on-site service

The aim of suc a service is for the companies to keep their machine fleet working in the best conditions, reducing the unexpected breakdowns in their production process, ith a proper planning of the preventive maintenance on their machines.

Daily and weekly preventive maintenance is of the operators responsibility, however Neotech Marken technicians can intervene either on yearly base or more frequently when the machines are used in heavy duty environment.

Preventive maintenance operations include :

• Inspection and cleaning of the crimping head with change of parts that would have worn out or could possibly cause problems.
• Proper lubrication of main sliding components
• Calibration certificate
• Oil change (only on certain models)
• Inspection of hydraulic and electrical functionality, change of components when necessary

This service is currently only available in France in the departments N°44,85,49,53,56,35.

Rental service

Unexpected off-site work, sudden increase in production and demand, replacement of a machine being repaires, these are the 3 main reasons for the need of a Rental machine. Neotech Marken offers the possibility to rent hose crimping machine (one week minimum)
